XinLab is a genomics laboratory led by Xin Liu, dedicated to advancing genomics research and its diverse applications across plant, animal, and medical sciences. The lab integrates technology development, data analysis, and multi-omics research to address fundamental biological questions, while placing strong emphasis on translating research findings into real-world impact in areas such as agricultural breeding and clinical diagnosis (see more details in Research).

At present, XinLab’s research centers on plant genome evolution as a key priority, while also contributing to multi-omics studies related to clinical applications (see our publications in Publications). The lab drives progress in these areas through collaborative efforts with domestic and international partners, combining expertise from diverse fields to tackle complex biological questions.

The XinLab team comprises researchers and a dedicated group of graduate students who participate as full-time members (find more details in People).
